Need to sue Uber or Lyft?

Assaulted by a driver?

I’ll do it for you with no further hassles or stress.

I want you to know that I will be personally involved representing you. There will be other people helping me, including expert witnesses, paralegals, and other attorneys, but I am the one responsible for your claim. You can sue me if your case isn’t handled within the standard of care required for the proper handling of such cases.

Anything you tell me is confidential and will not be disclosed until and if you direct me to. This includes family members as well as the general public.

I will not judge you. I will advise you of your options and respect your decision re going forward.

Corporate accountability.

The jerk who assaulted you probably is judgment proof. I’ll sue Lyft, Uber, or whichever company dropped the ball in not cutting out the miscreant during the employment vetting process. Even independent contractors should be vetted, especially those where the public’s trust and safety is involved.

All the usual safeguards apply. It won’t cost you anything out of pocket to hire me. I charge a percentage fee, contingent upon a recovery.

I am licensed to practice law in four states, in federal courts, and have made arrangements to take on cases from anywhere in the country.

I’ve been practicing law since 1979; have tried million dollar cases to verdict; have settled million dollar cases. Not all ride share cases are million dollar cases, but some are. I will take on any type of ride share sexual physical assault case, including the lower tier ones that include unwanted kissing or groping; there must be some sort of sexual, physical assault — I agree these assaults usually start with words, but to get me involved, it’s got to include allegations of physical, sexual assault.

To get started we need to communicate either by telephone, email, or by your filling out and submitting the below form. The questions on the form are the same as I will be asking if you call or email. The toll free number is 1-888-442-7947. My personal email address is gary.green@gGreen.com.

I regret this happened to you. I will handle the legal aspects. I will handle the counseling aspects to the extent that I can, but I have no formal training. I urge you to visit with a grief counselor, religious adviser, or other type counselor who can help you cope. They can send the bills to me, to be paid out of any eventual recovery. These cases are being pursued for many reasons, but the main reasons are to hold those responsible accountable so that it doesn’t happen to someone else, and to heal you, including paying for necessary counseling and rehabilitation.
