Arkansas Talcum Powder Lawyers

On October 18, 2019 Johnson & Johnson issued a recall for Johnson’s Baby Powder Lot #22318RB. A sample from this lot was found to contain chrysotile fibers, a type of asbestos. Asbestos is known to increase the risk of mesothelioma cancer.

In 2018, the Food and Drug Administration began a survey and testing of approximately 50 cosmetic products. In addition to Johnson’s Baby Powder, Claire’s and Beauty Plus Global have issued recalls on certain products as they tested positive for asbestos.

If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with mesothelioma or ovarian cancer from exposure to contaminated talc, call or e-mail Law Offices of Gary Green today. 888.442.7947 or ggreen@gGreen.com .
