The USCIS filing fee is $465.00 and must be paid directly to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
The fee for Law Offices of Gary Green is $750.00.
On June 15, 2012, the Department of Homeland Security announced a "deferred action" program that provided a two year temporary legal status for eligible applicants. To qualify for the deferred action program, the applicant must meet the following criteria:

1. Arrived in the United States under the age of 16;

2. Resided in the United States for at least five years (June 15, 2007) preceding June 15, 2012 and was present in the United States on June 15, 2012;

3. Currently enrolled in school, or has graduated from high school, or has obtained a GED certificate, or is honorably discharged as a veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States, or enrolled in a GED certificate program;

4. Never been convicted of a felony offense, a significant misdemeanor offense, multiple misdemeanor offenses, or otherwise poses a threat to national security or public safety; and,

5. Not above the age of thirty (30).

6. At least fifteen years (15) old at the time of application.
To qualify for an extension of your original DACA application, you must meet the initial criteria and the following criteria:

1. Did not leave the United States on or after August 15, 2012, without advance parole;

2. Have continuously resided in the United States since submitted your most recent DACA request that was approved; and,

3. Have not been convicted of a felony, or a significant misdemeanor or three or more misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety.
